Welcome back to the May 2025 Hero Rankings! This month delivers another thrilling shake-up across the leaderboard. Some familiar powerhouses have slipped, others have surged, and several fresh faces have stepped into the spotlight.
Let’s break down the key movers and newcomers this month across the three competitive tiers: Rising Heroes, Contender Heroes, and the elite Ultimate Heroes. We’ll also explore their abilities, strengths, and where they fit in the current meta.
🌱 Rising Heroes (Ranks 15–11)
These heroes are gaining traction or holding steady, inching their way toward top-tier dominance.
15. Grovevert (▼ 2 Ranks – 13 → 15)

Role: Mana Booster | Mega Fiend Caster | Healing & Mana Debuffer
Mana Speed: Fast
Status: Returning Warrior
Grovevert slides down two spots but remains a solid utility hero. His ability to increase mana, apply healing and mana generation debuffs, and summon Mega Fiends gives him a disruptive presence—especially with fast mana speed.
14. Naeem (🆕 Novice)

Role: Strong Debuffer (ATK, DEF, Mana Gen) | Reaper | Counterattacker | Sand Damage DoT
Mana Speed: Average
A brand-new entry to the rankings, Naeem packs a versatile skillset. From multi-stat debuffs to counterattacks and persistent sand-based DoT, he has the toolkit to become a rising threat if built correctly.
13. Dima (▼ 4 Ranks – 9 → 13)

Role: Reaper | Defense Debuffer | Bleed DoT | Mega Minion Summoner
Mana Speed: Average
Dima takes a significant dip this month. While still dangerous with bleed damage and Mega Minions, his average mana speed and aging utility have made room for fresher threats.
12. Armand Moncharmin (▼ 1 Rank – 11 → 12)

Role: Damage Dealer | Sleep Debuffer | Mana Blocker | Mega Minion Summoner
Mana Speed: Average
Armand’s ability to disable mana gain, sleep enemies, and increase damage taken by sleeping targets remains highly valuable. But others have slightly outpaced him this cycle.
11. Flamehide (▲ 3 Ranks – 14 → 11)

Role: Strong Sniper | Bleed DoT | Mega Minion Summoner
Mana Speed: Very Fast
Flamehide’s sharp climb is due to his very fast mana speed, lethal sniper damage, and reliable bleed effects. With the current meta favoring speed, Flamehide is once again a favorite pick for aggressive lineups.
⚔️ Contender Heroes (Ranks 10–6)
These heroes are highly viable and can anchor most team compositions, though just shy of Ultimate status.
10. Kolya (▼ 3 Ranks – 7 → 10)

Role: Damage Dealer | Cleanser | Dispeller | Mega Minion Summoner
Mana Speed: Average
Kolya drops three spots but still holds relevance due to his balanced skillset. He provides both offensive utility and cleansing, but is slightly outpaced by faster heroes.
9. Archibald (▼ 1 Rank – 8 → 9)

Role: Damage Dealer (Bypass Minions) | Elemental Debuffer | Bleed DoT | Mega Minion Summoner
Mana Speed: Average
Archibald’s minion-bypassing damage and elemental defense reduction against Nature are potent tools. Still, his average speed holds him back from climbing further.
8. Ceris (🆕 Novice)

Role: Reaper | Silencer | Attack/Defense Wither
Mana Speed: Average
Ceris debuts with a compelling debuff-focused toolkit—reducing ATK/DEF, silencing key threats, and maintaining reaper pressure. A balanced hero with huge upside.
7. Dularfulr (▲ 3 Ranks – 10 → 7)

Role: Healer | Firestorm Ward | Status Immunity Buffer
Mana Speed: Fast
Dularfulr jumps up the ranks, earning recognition as a strong fast-mana support hero. Her Firestorm Ward reduces incoming skill damage, while her immunity buff counters current DoT-heavy metas.
6. Sludgus (▬ Same Rank)

Role: Healer | Dodge Buffer (1600 True Damage on Dodge)
Mana Speed: Average
Sludgus remains steady, with her unique dodge mechanic proving invaluable. Each successful dodge not only protects but also retaliates with massive true damage, making her a disruptive force in any team.
👑 Ultimate Heroes (Ranks 5–1)
These are the meta-defining champions. Whether through raw power or unique utility, they set the gold standard.
5. Rosalind (▼ 1 Rank – 4 → 5)

Role: Healer | Stack Damage Reducer | Cleanser | Mega Minion Summoner
Mana Speed: Fast
Rosalind remains a top-tier support with her -50% damage stack reduction, fast healing, and Mega Minions. Though she dips one spot, she’s still a cornerstone for defensive builds.
4. Sable (▲ 1 Rank – 5 → 4)

Role: Full Cleanse | Ghost Form | Reviver | Status Purifier
Mana Speed: Very Fast
Sable’s rise is fueled by her complete status removal, ghost form immunity, and a revival/healing combo when the ghost fades. Her very fast mana speed seals her place in the elite.
3. Bearnadette (▼ 1 Rank – 2 → 3)

Role: Damage Dealer | Cursed Painting Debuffer | Dispeller
Mana Speed: Very Slow
Bearnadette’s unique Cursed Paintings (which disable enemies) and debuffs are exceptional—but her very slow mana speed limits consistency, especially in fast-paced matchups.
2. Astrid (▲ 1 Rank – 3 → 2)

Role: Healer | Reviver | DEF Buff (All Damage Reduced to 1)
Mana Speed: Average
Astrid jumps back to #2. Her ability to reduce all damage to just 1, revive fallen allies, and heal is unrivaled. She’s a defensive anchor in the current burst-heavy meta.
1. Fergus (▬ Same Rank)

Role: Mana Reducer | Mana Debuffer | Bleed DoT | Mega Minion Summoner
Mana Speed: Slow
Still the undisputed king. Fergus dominates with powerful mana control, bleed damage, and minion summoning. Even with slow mana, his impact is overwhelming once active.
